Comment:   Most built in the USA. Built for US military assistance programmes and transferred in the late 1960s. Some built in 1970 in the Philippines (ferro-concrete DF 317, rumored to be ex-President Ferdinand Marcos's private yacht) with enlarged superstructure. DF 300-303 are Swift Mk 1. DF 305 and DF 307-313 are Swift Mk 2. DF 314 - 316 are Swift Mk 3.

(This is the "Pennant Number," which is a welded, production serial number, on the stern of all Mark II and III boats,
this one reads "50NS6912"; the 12th Mark III Swift boat built on the 1970 US Navy contract)
